By downloading, installing, or using iFlyAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this app.

2. Educational Use Only

iFlyAI is strictly an educational study tool designed to help pilots prepare for FAA knowledge tests and checkrides. The content provided, including AI-generated responses, is for educational purposes only and does not constitute official aviation guidance, instruction, or certification.

3. No Liability

iFlyAI, its developers, owners, and affiliates assume absolutely no responsibility or liability for:

  • Any aviation decisions made based on content within this app
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
  • Any accidents, incidents, violations, or damages arising from use of this app
  • Failure of the app to be available or function correctly

You use this app entirely at your own risk.

4. Not a Substitute for Official Training

This app does not replace:

  • Official FAA publications (AIM, FARs, ACs)
  • Instruction from a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
  • Official FAA written tests or checkrides
  • Current charts, NOTAMs, weather briefings, or official preflight planning

Always verify all information with official sources before any flight operation.

5. AI-Generated Content

iFlyAI uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content. AI can and does make mistakes. All AI-generated content must be independently verified with official FAA sources. Never rely solely on AI-generated aviation information.

6. Subscriptions

iFlyAI Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription at $9.99 (USD) per month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
